Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products such as GI Pipes, MS Pipes, and related materials
- Generate new leads and maintain customer database
- Follow up with customers for orders and payments
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse team
- Maintain daily call reports and update records
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and patience
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
