We are looking for Tele caller at our Nexa outlet.

Job Details -

Tele caller in the Quality Department acts as the voice of the dealership, ensuring that all customers receive top-tier experience. The primary focus is to conduct post-sales feedback calls, monitor sales quality standards, handle queries, and resolve complaints, aiming to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Key Responsibilities1. Quality Assurance & Feedback (Core Responsibility)
- Post-Sales Follow-up: Initiate calls to customers within 24-48 hours after a sales about their experience.
- Feedback Rating: Use a standardized script to collect feedback on Sales Person behavior, cleanliness of the vehicle, and timely delivery.
- NPS Monitoring: Record and track customer ratings to identify areas for improvement in sales.

2. Complaint Management & Resolution
- Complaint Handling: Proactively identify unsatisfied customers ("detractors") during calls.
- Escalation: Immediately report reliable complaints or negative feedback to the Service Manager or CRM for swift resolution.




- Closing the Loop: Call back customers after complaints are resolved to ensure they are satisfied with the rectification.

3. Data Management & Analysis
- CRM/DMS Update: Accurately log all conversation details, feedback scores, and complaint details into the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on quality metrics, complaint trends, and feedback analysis for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in tele-calling, preferably in the automobile service sector.
- Education: Minimum 12th Grade or Graduate (preferred).
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi and local language (mandatory); English is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle service, maintenance, and parts will be advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and experience with DMS/CRM software.
