Robust command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Formulas)
- Knowledge of MS Word & PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of ERP / MIS systems
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Good coordination and communication skillsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Maintain and update data in Excel, ERP, or internal systems
- Generate reports related to production, sales, HR, attendance, and inventory
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports
- Analyze data trends and highlight deviations to management
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports
- Handle data reconciliation and validation
- Support audits and management reviews with required data
- Maintain confidentiality of company data
