Role: MEP Architect.

Job Location: Bhopal.

Total Experience: 3 To 8 Years.

Responsibilities:
Design and engineer MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection as per project requirements and applicable codes.
- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and related software.
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify challenges and propose technical solutions.
- Review contractor-submitted MEP shop drawings and ensure alignment with design intent and specifications.
- Provide technical support during construction and coordination stages, resolving MEP-related issues on time.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations for retail, commercial, and government projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
