Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly energetic and result-driven Sales Executive who can convert leads into customers, guide them through the interior journey, and ensure strong closures.

This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling and can confidently handle customers in the home interiors segment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified leads and convert them into walk-in clients
- Conduct client meetings (online/offline) and understand requirements
- Present design concepts, company process, and value proposition:
- Drive site visits and experience center visits:
- Coordinate with design team for proposals and estimations:
- Follow up regularly and close deals within timeline:
- Maintain pipeline and CRM updates (ERP-based system):




- Ensure proper documentation and customer confirmation:
- Achieve monthly sales targets (revenue-based):
- Build strong customer trust and relationship for referrals

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales (interior / real estate preferred)
- Solid communication and presentation skills:
- Ability to handle customers confidently and close deals:
- Good understanding of sales process & follow-ups:
- Basic knowledge of interior design is a plus:
- Must be target-oriented and self-driven:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
