Based in Salori, Prayagraj, Pradeep Enterprises is a growing e-commerce business specializing in customizable merchandise and home decor. We operate actively across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. We are looking for a creative and efficient Graphic Designer to join our team and help elevate our product presentations and brand aesthetics.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Listings: Design engaging, high-converting product images and A+ content/infographics for Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Custom Design Work: Create unique designs for customizable merchandise and home decor products as required by the business.
- Template Management: Create, organize, and utilize smart templates in both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to streamline repetitive design tasks.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI design tools to conceptualize ideas, enhance images,



and optimize the overall design workflow.
- File Management: Neatly organize all project files. Strict Requirement: Full ownership and raw working files of all approved designs must be transferred to the supervisor immediately upon completion.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio (e-commerce or product mockup experience is a major plus).
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Technical & Equipment Requirements
- Must own a reliable, high-performance laptop capable of smoothly running heavy design software (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- A stable, high-speed internet connection (Minimum 20 Mbps required).

Work Schedule & Benefits
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, averaging 5 hours a day.
- Leave Policy: All leaves taken are unpaid.
