Job Overview

This role requires field execution, retail expansion, and daily performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Market Development & Retail Expansion
- Identify and onboard new retailers, supermarkets, kirana stores, cafés, and distributors.
- Increase product visibility and placement in assigned territories.
- Conduct daily market visits and generate new leads.

2️ Sales & Revenue Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive primary (distributor) and secondary (retailer) sales.
- Push focus products and new launches.

3️ Distributor Management
- Coordinate with distributors for order placement and stock replenishment.
- Monitor stock availability and reduce stock-outs.
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups.

4️ Merchandising & Branding
- Ensure proper product display and shelf visibility.
- Negotiate premium shelf space where possible.
- Implement promotional schemes and offers in the market.

5️ Reporting & Data Tracking
- Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR).




- Share daily activity logs including:
- Number of outlets visited
- Orders taken
- Follow-ups done
- Consumer feedback
- Provide competitor insights and market feedback.

6️ Consumer & Retailer Feedback
- Collect product feedback from retailers and end customers.
- Report pricing trends, competitor schemes, and demand patterns.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of FMCG retail operations
- Ability to work independently in field sales
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets reporting
- Target-driven mindset
- Relationship-building capability

Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce / Business / Marketing (preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in FMCG / F&B; sales
