A Mother Teacher is responsible for teaching and taking care of one class of young children. She acts like a guide, mentor, and caregiver for the students.
Create a safe, caring, and friendly classroom environment. Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials. Maintain discipline with love and patience. Check notebooks and assess student performance regularly. Communicate with parents about child progress. Organize class activities, events, and celebrations. Maintain student records and attendance.
Good communication skills, Patience and caring nature, Classroom management skills
Graduate (preferably with B.Ed./D.El.Ed.), Experience in primary teaching (preferred)
Valuable moral values, Ability to handle young children calmly
