Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Handle customer queries and maintain follow-ups
- Convert interested leads into customers
- Maintain daily calling and sales reports
Targets & Expectations:
- Must achieve a target of 200 calls per day:
- Expected to close 3 to 4 customers per month
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
