Procurement strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives, including cost-saving initiatives and long-term procurement plans. Purchasing and logistics: Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, coordinate timely delivery of materials, and monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock. Compliance and reporting: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations, and prepare reports on market conditions, supplier performance, and procurement activities. Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as finance and sales, to align procurement with overall business goals and support payment processes. Quality control: Ensure that purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards.
