Core Job Responsibilities:
Instruction and Curriculum: Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that align with curriculum standards.

Assessment and Evaluation: Grading assignments, recording progress, and creating reports to help students improve, specifically in weak areas.

Classroom Management: Maintaining a safe, positive, and organized learning environment while managing student behavior.

Student Support: Providing individual attention to students, including those with special needs or requiring extra help.

Communication: Meeting with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and addressing concerns.

Professionalism: Attending staff meetings, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in professional development.

Safety and Welfare: Ensuring compliance with child protection, health, and safety policies.
