Hiring: Graphic Designer (1-3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a creative designer who wants to take ownership of their work and grow

alongside our startup.

The Role

You will be responsible for the visual identity of our company and the brands we manage.

This is a role for someone who is creative, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast
- paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Design social media assets including high-authority LinkedIn posts, banners, and

digital ads.
- Create brand materials such as logos, brochures, and company collateral.
- Build professional presentation and capabilities decks for founders.
- Develop visual assets for lead generation campaigns.




- Collaborate with the team to turn technical concepts into simple and impactful

visuals.
- Manage multiple projects at once and ensure every deadline is met.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain the reasoning behind your

designs.
- A robust portfolio that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail.
- A high level of accountability and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for working in a startup and helping a business scale.
