Job DescriptionPosition: TGT - History & Political Science

Location: DPS, Kalyanpur

Key Responsibilities
- Teach History and Political Scienceto classes IX-X.
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop interactive teaching methods (presentations, debates, projects, role-plays).
- Conduct assessments and periodic tests, and maintain academic records.
- Prepare students for board examinations (Class X).
- Organise activities like debates, Model Parliament, heritage projects, etc.
- Integrate current affairs into classroom discussions.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom workplace.
- Participate in staff meetings, PTMs, training programs, and school events.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and revision planning.

Qualification & Eligibility
- Post Graduate in History and/or Political Science.
- B.Ed. is mandatory (completed or pursuing).
- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹41,000.00 per month
