Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and performance insights.
- Maintain brand consistency and design standards across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (mandatory).
- Proficiency in tools like Figma,



Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
- Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Positive understanding of user research and usability testing methods.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
