Job Title:US Tax Reviewer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Review Individual (1040) and Business (1120, 1120S, 1065) tax returns
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and filing deadlines
- Identify errors, omissions, and tax-saving opportunities
- Review supporting workpapers and reconciliation schedules
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to preparers
- Handle complex tax adjustments and research issues
- Review depreciation schedules and fixed asset reporting
- Assist in responding to IRS notices and queries
- Coordinate with US clients and internal tax teams
- Ensure quality control and documentation standards

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of US Tax experience (Preparation + Review mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Individual & Business tax returns
- Experience reviewing multi-state tax returns
- Strong analytical and tax research skills




- Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff
- Proficiency in tax software (Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries, UltraTax, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Profile
- CPA / EA / CA / CA Inter
- Experience in Accounting Outsourcing / KPO industry
- Experience handling complex returns and amendments
- Exposure to IRS notices and audit support
