Performance Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing & performance campaigns
- Generate sales leads and conversions
- Handle paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, basic LinkedIn Ads)
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA & ROI
- Create and execute marketing tactics & growth experiments
- Monitor performance, reports, and scaling strategies
Required Skills:
- Practical experience in lead generation & paid campaigns
- Robust understanding of campaign optimisation
- Analytical mindset with execution capability
- Growth-focused digital marketing knowledge
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
