Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Control
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures as per project requirements.
- Conduct inspections for civil works including formwork, reinforcement, concreting, finishing, and waterproofing.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Monitor work quality in Mivan shuttering systems and conventional construction for villas.

Mivan Construction Oversight
- Inspect and approve Mivan formwork alignment, leveling, and oiling.
- Ensure proper installation of embedded items, sleeves, and inserts before concreting.
- Check dimensional accuracy, verticality, and surface finish after de-shuttering.
- Monitor cycle time and quality consistency for repetitive floors.

Villa Construction Quality
- Supervise quality of footings, columns, beams, slab works, and masonry.
- Ensure high-quality finishing works including plastering, tiling, and painting.
- Verify compliance with architectural specifications for premium villa projects.
- Required Skills & Competencies:




- Strong knowledge of Mivan formwork system and high-rise construction.
- Experience in villa/independent house construction.
- Familiarity with IS codes and quality standards.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of QA/QC documentation systems.

Material Inspection
- Conduct incoming material inspections (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.).
- Review test reports and ensure materials meet standards.
- Coordinate with labs for testing (cube tests, slump tests, etc.).

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain QA/QC documentation including ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), checklists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
- Ensure proper closure of quality issues.

Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
