Job Summary

The Senior Assessment & Question Paper Blueprint Specialist will be responsible for designing assessment blueprints and question papers for Primary and High School students participating in academic programs and assessments conducted by North South Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment Blueprint Development
- Design structured blueprints for question papers across primary and high school levels.
- Define topic-wise weightage, marks distribution, and question formats.
- Ensure balanced coverage of curriculum concepts and learning outcomes.





Question Paper Review/Preparation
- Develop high-quality question papers aligned with the blueprint.
- Coordinate with Subject Matter experts to develop high quality question papers.
- Ensure questions assess conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and analytical ability.
- Maintain clarity, accuracy, and fairness in assessment design.

Curriculum & Competency Alignment
- Align assessments with school curriculum standards and grade-level competencies.
- Map questions to learning objectives and skill levels.

Cognitive Level Distribution
- Structure assessments based on Bloom’s Taxonomy, ensuring questions test:

- Create

Quality Assurance
- Review and validate question papers to ensure appropriate difficulty levels (Easy / Moderate / Challenging).
- Maintain consistency and reliability across assessment papers.
