Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically capable ERP Executive who will play a key role in ERP implementation, execution, and cross-functional coordination across the organization.

You will act as a bridge between plant operations and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities - ERP Implementation & Execution
- Assist in end-to-end ERP implementation across departments.
- Coordinate module-wise rollout (Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Finance).
- Support ERP configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Identify process gaps and align ERP workflows with business operations.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and IT teams for system customization and issue resolution.





Cross-Department Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Stores, PPC, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure accurate real-time ERP entries across all departments.
- Monitor BOM structure, routing, and production entries.
- Ensure stock accuracy and material reconciliation between physical and ERP records.
- Conduct user training sessions for ERP adoption and best practices.

Reporting & Control
- Generate MIS reports (Inventory, Production, Sales, Purchase, Financial).
- Support internal audits and compliance requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, process discipline, and system controls.
- Monitor WIP, inventory variance, and operational reporting accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / IT / Engineering / Management.
- 1-3 years of experience in ERP within a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / T
