Position Details:
- Role: CSSD Technician
- Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a CSSD Technician in a hospital setting
- Diploma/Certificate in CSSD Technology or relevant allied health qualification
- Sound knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control standards, and OT protocols

Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and packing surgical instruments and medical equipment
- Operating and maintaining sterilization equipment (autoclaves,



ETO, etc.)
- Monitoring sterilization cycles and maintaining proper documentation
- Ensuring proper storage and distribution of sterile supplies
- Adhering to infection control policies and hospital standards

Skills Required:
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of sterilization procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital workplace
- Good teamwork and communication skills
