Position: Tube Mill Operator
Department:
- Production
Experience:
- 1-8 years in ERW SS Tube/Pipe Industry, preferred (Stainless Tubes and Pipes)
Location:
- Umbergaon, Gujarat or (as applicable)
Role:
- Responsible for operating the ERW tube mill machine to produce SS welded pipes as per required size, quality and production targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor tube mill machine.
- Set required size and adjust mill parameters.
- Monitor weld quality during production.
- Check basic dimensions (OD, thickness, length )
- Inform supervisor in case of defects or breakdown.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and 5S.
- Follow safety procedures on shop floor.
- Maintain basic production records.
Qualification:
- ITI/12th Pass/Diploma (Mechanical)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
