- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for middle school
- Strengthen LSRW skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) through interactive and structured teaching methods
- Build strong foundations in grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension
- Introduce students to writing formats, answer structuring, and presentation skills aligned with CBSE expectations
- Conduct regular assessments and revision practices, with gradual exposure to board-oriented question patterns
- Provide constructive feedback to improve accuracy, clarity, and expression
- Maintain notebooks, student records, and academic documentation systematically
- Take ownership of board exam performance, ensuring consistent academic outcomes and result improvement - a positive, inclusive, and language-rich classroom setting

Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in English
B.Ed. (mandatory)
Minimum 3-4 years in CBSE School
