Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and support student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads):
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions:
- Monitor daily performance and improve ROI

Social Media Management
- Handle Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn:
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
- Increase followers, engagement, and reach

Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads for courses and admissions:
- Work closely with the counselling team for conversion
- Maintain and improve CPL (Cost Per Lead)

Content & Creatives
- Coordinate with designers for creatives
- Write basic ad copies, captions, and scripts
- Suggest trending content ideas

Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using tools (Meta, Google Analytics)
- Prepare weekly & monthly reports:
- Suggest improvements based on data

Required Skills:




- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads:
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing:
- Knowledge of Canva / basic design tools:
- Valuable communication & content writing skills
- Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills
- Prior Experience
- Knowledge of SEO & YouTube marketing:
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)

Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing / Business / Any Field
- Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus
