Role/Responsibilities:
- Guide customers and handle basic queries
- Assist customers and support smooth branch operations
- Help in filling forms and manage queues
- Support branch staff in daily operations
- Promote digital banking (ATM, Mobile Banking, etc.)
Eligibility
- Qualification: Graduate
- Age: 21-30 years
- Experience: 1 year (preferred) in Service industry or BFSI
Additional Requirements
- Contract: 1 year (contract-based job)
- CIBIL Score: Must be transparent/good
- Skills: Communication & basic computer knowledge
