Offshore - Remote

Full time (Info Services payroll)

Work timing: EST overlap required (evening IST)

Must-haves:

- Python (advanced, production-grade)
- GenAI / RAG / LLM application development (3+ years, production deployment)
- Microsoft Azure (AI Search, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Entra ID, Key Vault, Monitor, etc.)
- Prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, semantic retrieval, tool‑enabled workflows
- REST APIs, SQL, data pipelines, transformation, validation
- Enterprise API integrations, event‑driven patterns, connectors
- CI/CD, containers, observability, production troubleshooting
- Security‑by‑design – identity, access management, secrets, encryption, privacy controls

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure GenAI, RAG, semantic search,



and workflow automation applications on Azure.
- Develop agentic workflows with tool calling, guardrails, retry logic, fallbacks, and human approvals.
- Prepare documents, embeddings, indexes, and evaluation pipelines for retrieval quality.
- Build APIs, connectors, data pipelines, and transformations for structured/unstructured enterprise data.
- Deploy using containers, serverless, managed platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Instrument monitoring for performance, cost, and response quality; diagnose issues across code, APIs, and cloud services.
- Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and conduct code reviews.
- Support client discovery and technical validation sessions.
