Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead a team of 30+ Admission Counsellors handling UG/PG program admissions.

- Drive the team to achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.

- Monitor daily calling, lead follow-ups, counselling, and conversion performance.

- Track team performance through CRM/MIS and prepare regular performance reports.

- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall admission numbers.

- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one feedback sessions.

- Train, coach, and motivate counsellors to improve sales and counselling skills.

- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and University/Academic teams for smooth admissions.

- Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of prospective student leads.

- Handle escalations related to admissions, payments, documentation, and student concerns.





- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Education Sales / Admissions / EdTech.

- Proven experience managing a team of 30+ counsellors.

- Strong understanding of UG/PG admissions and the EdTech sales process.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.

- Strong knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales MIS.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue and conversions.

- Experience in handling high-volume leads and achieving aggressive monthly targets.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
