We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Taxation Executive who can independently manage the company's accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting activities.

The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of Tally, Busy, MS Excel and taxation and should be capable of handling accounts independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounting entries, sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Maintain accounts accurately in Tally and Busy.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliance work.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns and related reconciliations.
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Track receivables, payables and outstanding payments.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the company's CA, auditors, banks, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with applicable taxation and statutory requirements.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain complete and organized financial records.
- Handle any other accounting, taxation and finance-related responsibilities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.
- Excellent knowledge of Tally and Busy.
- Advanced-level MS Excel skills are mandatory.
- Candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- SUMIF / SUMIFS
- IF formulas
- Data validation and filtering
- Data reconciliation
- MIS reporting
- Large-data management
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Ability to independently manage complete accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who has complete practical knowledge of accounts, rather than someone who only knows basic data entry.

The candidate should be confident in handling Tally + Busy + Advanced Excel + GST + TDS + Income Tax + reconciliations + financial reporting and should be able to take ownership of the company's accounting function.

Candidates who can independently handle accounts and taxation from day-to-day entries to compliance and reporting will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.
