We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting audits, ensuring statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP

- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

- Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and related workings

- Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits

- Monitor expenses and support budgetary controls

- Prepare MIS reports as required by management





- Maintain proper documentation and records as per company policy

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance)

- Experience: 2-3 years

- Experience in manufacturing / project / service industry preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles

- Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
