Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹38,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:15 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, accounting principles, sales and purchase accounting, GST, and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Manage sales and purchase accounting transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Assist in GST calculations, return filing, and compliance activities.
- Maintain cash books, ledgers, and financial records.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.




- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Com or MBA (Finance).
- 2–6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in sales-purchase accounting and reconciliations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in retail, refurbishment, or trading industry will be an added advantage.

Reporting To Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
