Job Title: Senior Accountant

:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can also independently handle legal compliances and official correspondence across departments. This role is for someone who combines strong accounting fundamentals with the ability to draff, review, and manage legal and administrative correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime
- File Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals and business/personal accounts
- Handle GST return filing and maintain working knowledge of GST compliance requirements
- Draft and manage legal correspondence, notices, and compliance documentation across departments
- Ensure timely statutory and legal compliance for the organization
- Use Al tools to streamline correspondence and legal document drafting
- Monitor operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with external consultants (CA/CS/legal advisors)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Tally Prime
- Working knowledge of Al tools for drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Practical experience in ITR filing (individual and business/personal accounts)
- Sound understanding of GSTR return filing processes
- Quick learner with the ability to independently monitor and improve operational systems
- Strong written communication skills
