Sberbank is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant who can independently manage AP operations, ensure strong financial controls, and contribute to the smooth and timely completion of accounting activities. You will be part of the Finance & Accounting team, supporting the organization’s day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on accounts payable, vendor management, financial reporting, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable Operations, invoice verification, processing vendor payments accurately within defined timelines.

- Candidate should have sound knowledge of Vendor management process in ERP.

- Supporting month -end closing and preparation of financial reports.

Requirements

- Min 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and operations.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.





- Prior experience in the banking industry is preferred.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent commerce-related qualification.

- Preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems, effective communication and teamwork skills.
