Job Title: Senior Accountant

Salary: As per Market standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for the company's Pan India business.
- Oversee preparation and finalization of books of accounts, financial statements, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Supervise GST reconciliations, input tax credit (ITC), TDS deductions, and tax payments.
- Handle direct and indirect taxation matters and coordinate with tax consultants.
- Lead statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Review and approve invoices, vendor payments, customer billing, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking transactions, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act provisions, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients regarding accounting, invoicing, reconciliations,



and financial documentation.
- Develop and implement robust accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts and finance team across business locations.
- Liaise with statutory authorities, auditors, banks, and government departments whenever required.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Preferred Skills: Robust understanding of financial controls and statutory compliance.

Expertise in GST, TDS, payroll accounting, and financial reporting.

Ability to manage multiple priorities within strict timelines.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. Analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving skills.
