We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our hospital finance team.

KEY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Hospital / Healthcare experience is mandatory
- Must have worked in a hospital/facility with 100+ beds
- Strong understanding of hospital accounting and financial operations
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance and taxation
- Experience in MIS, financial reporting,



reconciliations and month-end closing
- Robust command over accounts payable, receivables, billing and vendor management
- Experience in handling audits and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations and coordinate with internal departments

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of hospital revenues and expenses
- Monitor patient billing, collections, receivables and payables
- Prepare regular MIS and financial reports
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, banks and internal departments
- Support budgeting, financial analysis and month-end/year-end closing
- Maintain proper documentation and financial controls
- Identify discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action

CANDIDATE PROFILEWe are looking for someone who is hands-on, accountable and capable of independently managing hospital accounting operations. Hospital experience in a 100+ bed facility is a non-negotiable requirement.
