Role

Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Ecommerce Reconciliation.
- Checking invoices.
- Timely TDS, GST & PF/ ESI filing.
- Preparation of monthly MIS.
- Daily routine work in account (Voucher Preparation, Sale, Purchase, Journal etc.)
- To Maintaining Salary Records with ESI & PF
- Sales reconciliation of all online e-commerce platforms




- Bank Reconciliation & Party Reconciliation
- Maintaining daily records and bookkeeping

Skills Positive Knowledge of Tally prime

TDS/GST Returns

Monthly Balance sheet

TAR

Filing of ITR

Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

Good communication and writing skills
