Job Summary:-

Futura Illumination Studio is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and account finalization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Maintain ledgers, journal entries, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Record and review transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Perform bank reconciliation, cash book, petty cash, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, bills, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and review GST workings, GST returns, and related reconciliations.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return-related activities.
- Assist in statutory compliance and ensure timely completion of accounting-related requirements.
- Prepare trial balance, profit & loss statements, balance sheet schedules, and MIS reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing and account finalization.
- Review outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely closure.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, auditors,



and internal departments on accounting matters.
- Assist management with financial data, reports, and other accounting requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:-

- Bachelors degree in B.Com, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 23 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial statements.
- Experience in AP, AR, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization.
- Valuable numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:- Candidates with practical experience in end-to-end accounting operations, GST/TDS, Tally Prime, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and month-end closing will be preferred.
