We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant who will manage the accounting and financial activities for multiple companies, including overseas operations. The role requires strong financial expertise, international financial knowledge, and hands-on experience in tax compliance and audits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to management.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and constraints.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Oversee reconciliations of all accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Invoice Processing: Supervise the invoicing process for timely and accurate customer billing.
- Payment Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payments to vendors and collections from customers.
- Audit Coordination: Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure tax compliance and oversee the filing of tax returns.
- Multi-Company & International Accounts: Handle accounts across multiple companies, including overseas transactions and financial operations.
- Team Supervision: Lead and train accounting staff, delegate tasks, and foster team development.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances,



and areas for improvement.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce accounting policies, processes, and controls.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Proven expertise in Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and international tax and financial regulations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Experience with handling accounts for multiple companies and international
- financial transactions.
- Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with statutory audits and tax audits.
- Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
