Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accounts Manager to independently manage the complete accounting and finance function of our manufacturing company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP, GST, TDS, taxation, banking, MIS, audits, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise complete day-to-day accounting operations
- Finalization of accounts and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage cash flow, fund planning, banking transactions, and bank reconciliation
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory compliances
- Review GST input/output reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and other external agencies
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management
- Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments, and ageing reports
- Review purchase, sales, expense, journal, and adjustment entries
- Ensure proper reconciliation of customer, vendor, bank, and general ledger accounts
- Monitor inventory accounting and coordinate with stores and production for stock reconciliation
- Handle costing and manufacturing-related accounting
- Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Supervise and guide the accounts team




- Ensure proper documentation and accounting controls
- Handle statutory, internal, and external audits
- Maintain accurate accounting records in SAP/ERP
- Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly books of accounts

Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing company is strongly preferred
- Robust working knowledge of SAP is mandatory
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Strong command of MS Excel and accounting/MIS reporting
- Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination
- Good understanding of inventory, costing, and manufacturing accounting
- Ability to independently manage the accounts department
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
