Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students/learners through inbound and outbound calls to understand their educational and career goals.

- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable UG, PG, certification, and qualified programs.

- Explain course structure, curriculum, eligibility, fees, career opportunities, and admission process.

- Handle leads generated through digital marketing, website enquiries, campaigns, and other channels.

- Follow up with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to admission/enrolment.

- Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and conversion targets.

- Build strong relationships with prospective students and address their queries or objections effectively.





- Use consultative selling techniques to identify learner requirements and recommend appropriate programs.

- Maintain accurate lead and sales information in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho, or similar tools.

- Coordinate with the academic, operations, and admission teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

- Maintain daily activity reports, follow-up records, and sales pipeline updates.

- Handle objections related to fees, course suitability, competition, and career outcomes professionally.

- Ensure a positive learner experience throughout the counselling and admission journey.

Pay: ₹12,388.48 - ₹40,496.42 per month
