Key Responsibilities:

- Counselling & Guidance: Advise prospective students and working professionals regarding online degree courses, PG programs.
- Lead Management: Handle inquiries received via digital channels, phone, and, providing detailed program structures, fee structures, and eligibility criteria.
- Admission Conversion: Guide candidates seamlessly through the application, documentation, and onboarding process.
- Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with prospective learners, addressing queries and positioning our flexible programs (with no age barriers) as the ideal choice for career advancement.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.




- Education: Graduate/ degree in any discipline or Diploma.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Solid persuasive and customer-handling abilities.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the education sector.
