We are seeking an experienced Selenium Automation Engineer with 6+ years of expertise in test automation, framework design, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts while ensuring high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium Automation Testing
- Expertise in test automation script development and execution
- Experience in test framework design (e.g., Hybrid, Data-Driven, Page Object Model)
- Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)
- Ability to analyze and understand business and functional requirements
- Experience in test case design, execution, and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Bugzilla)
- Experience in test reporting and documentation
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java / Python (preferred)
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) methodology
- Strong communication skills for client coordination

- Design,

- Execute automated and manual test cases as required
- Develop and enhance automation frameworks
- Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
- Prepare and share test execution reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for quality assurance
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases
