Role Description The Security Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This position is responsible for safeguarding company assets, personnel, information, and infrastructure through effective security policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring physical access points, overseeing security systems, and conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate risks.

The role also covers basic cybersecurity and information security practices, incident reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external authorities when required.

The Security

Specialist will maintain security documentation, support training and awareness initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of security standards.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Cybersecurity and Information Security skills, including understanding of security protocols, data protection practices, and threat awareness.
- Candidates should possess solid Physical Security skills, such as access control management, surveillance oversight, and incident response procedures.
- Candidates should possess Network Security capabilities, including familiarity with firewalls, secure network configurations, and basic monitoring tools.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear reporting, coordination with stakeholders, and the ability to convey security requirements.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in corporate or industrial security, knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and competency in risk assessment and security planning.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A relevant diploma or degree in security management, information technology, or a related field, along with qualified certifications in security (e.g., security or cybersecurity certifications), is an advantage.
