Security Guard – Real Estate Project

Salary: ₹14,000–₹16,000 per month

Shift: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard for our real estate project.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor entry and exit of workers, visitors, and vehicles.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle entry records.
- Secure the project site, buildings, equipment, and construction materials.
- Conduct regular rounds of the property.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity.
- Monitor the movement of materials in and out of the site.
- Immediately report theft, damage, accidents, or other incidents to management.
- Maintain discipline and ensure security procedures are followed.

Requirements




- Previous security experience preferred.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Valuable observation and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to work a 12-hour shift.
- Experience working at a construction or real estate site is an advantage.
