We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Platform Lead to design, develop, and scale next-generation technology platforms for JSW Energy. This role combines platform engineering leadership, product development mindset, and strong problem-solving skills to drive innovation and operational excellence.

The Platform

Lead will partner with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to create resilient, scalable, and user-centric platforms that power energy transition, digital products, and advanced analytics across JSW Energy.

. Data Architecture & Design

- Design and implement scalable data architectures for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Define data models, data flows, and integration patterns across systems.
- Develop and maintain data architecture documentation, including ERDs, data lineage, and governance frameworks.

1. 2. Data Engineering & Integration

- Architect and oversee the development of data pipelines using tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Databricks, or Airflow.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across ingestion, processing, and storage layers.
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into cloud-based data warehouses or data lakes (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).

1. 3. Cloud & Infrastructure





- Design cloud-native data solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement security best practices, including encryption, IAM roles, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

1. 4. Analytics & BI Support

- Collaborate with BI teams and data scientists to deliver data models that support dashboards, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Enable self-service analytics through robust semantic layers and metadata management.

1. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategy

- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT leadership to translate business goals into data architecture requirements.
- Evaluate current technologies and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Define data governance, data cataloging, and master data management (MDM) strategies
