As our client portfolio grows, we are expanding our SEO delivery capacity by hiring an SEO Specialist who can take ownership of organic growth projects and contribute directly to client success.

Role Description The SEO Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for improving the organic search visibility, technical health and qualified website traffic of Indieur’s clients.

The specialist will work across multiple client websites, conduct research and audits, identify growth opportunities, implement approved SEO improvements and communicate performance clearly.

This role is suitable for someone with at least one year of hands-on SEO experience who can demonstrate practical work and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis and competitor research.
- Perform comprehensive technical, on-page and content SEO audits.
- Identify indexing, crawling, website architecture, internal linking and page-performance issues.
- Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, URLs and internal links.
- Prepare SEO content briefs based on relevant keywords and customer search intent.
- Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and relevant SEO tools.
- Analyse organic traffic, rankings, conversions and other meaningful performance indicators.
- Prepare clear reports explaining results, issues, completed work and recommended next actions.




- Plan and support ethical link-building and off-page SEO activities.
- Support local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation and location-based search visibility where relevant.
- Apply structured data and schema recommendations where appropriate.
- Stay informed about search engine guidelines, algorithm changes and evolving SEO practices.
- Support AEO, GEO and visibility across AI-powered search experiences.
- Manage multiple client projects, priorities and deadlines in a remote working setting.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of hands-on experience in SEO or a closely related digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent and on-page optimisation.
- Practical experience conducting technical and content SEO audits.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website architecture and content management systems.
- Understanding of ethical link-building and search engine best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to explain SEO findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated capability and results are more important than formal qualifications.

Proof of Work Required

Applicants must provide at least one example of an SEO project they personally handled, including:
- The original SEO problem or objective.
- The work they personally researched or implemented.
- The measurable result achieved.
- A portfolio, case study, Search Console screenshot, GA4 report or sample SEO audit.
