Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Janakpuri. The specialist will optimize website content and structure for search engines, including conducting on-page SEO improvements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization. Daily responsibilities include performing keyword research, running regular SEO audits, monitoring rankings, traffic trends, and user behavior, and using web analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth.

The role involves planning and executing ethical link-building strategies,



collaborating with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices, and staying updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in keyword research and on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, content optimization, and site structure improvements.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO audits, identify technical and content-related issues, and propose clear, actionable solutions.
- Experience with link building strategies, outreach, and maintaining high-quality, search-compliant backlinks.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance and optimize SEO campaigns.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts such as page speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data into insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
