We are seeking an experienced SDET QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Test Automation, SQL, AWS, CI/CD, and Data Validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks, automating complex data-intensive testing scenarios, and driving quality engineering practices across mission-critical applications.

The role requires hands-on experience in automation engineering, database testing, AI/ML-assisted testing, and cloud-based testing strategies within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation & Quality Engineering

- Design and implement automated testing solutions for large-scale, data-intensive platforms.
- Develop high-quality functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation test scenarios.
- Build scalable Python-based automation frameworks and testing utilities.
- Automate backend, middleware, API, database, and data validation testing processes.
- Ensure software quality through automated regression test frameworks and continuous testing practices.

Python Automation Development
- Develop automation tools and applications using Python.
- Build reusable automation components and testing frameworks.
- Automate SQL Stored Procedure regression, component, and unit testing using:
- pytest
- tSQLt
- Develop maintainable and scalable test automation solutions.

Database & Data Testing
- Perform database testing across SQL Server and PostgreSQL platforms.
- Validate large data sets and complex business logic.
- Automate testing of data-intensive workflows and transformations.
- Support schema migration and deployment testing using:

- Liquibase

- Flyway

AI/ML-Based Testing
- Utilize AI/ML technologies for:

- Anomaly detection

- Data validation

- Automatic test case generation

- Drift detection

- Process optimization

- Leverage frameworks such as
- scikit-learn

- TensorFlow

- PyCaret

Performance & Non-Functional Testing
- Conduct:

- Performance Testing





- Load Testing

- Security Testing

- SQL Profiler

DevOps & Cloud Testing
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Support continuous testing initiatives.
- Work with AWS cloud environments and cloud-native platforms.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and business teams.

Leadership & Mentoring
- Drive testing best practices and quality engineering standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Promote engineering excellence and automation-first culture.
- Continuously improve testing processes and overall product quality.
