About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong expertise in API and UI automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation framework development, API testing, and quality engineering practices while ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI testing.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured.
- Create and maintain BDD test scenarios using Cucumber.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Design reusable automation components and testing utilities.
- Participate in framework enhancements and automation best practices.
- Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting.
- Support CI/CD-driven testing initiatives and continuous quality practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
- Strong conceptual understanding of Core Java.
- Hands-on experience in API Automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of Rest Assured and API validation techniques.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver automation.
- Hands-on experience with Cucumber and BDD frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in both API and UI testing.




- Knowledge of test automation framework design and maintenance.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Playwright will be an added advantage.
- Experience with JMeter for performance testing will be good to have.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a team environment
