Job Overview
We are looking for an SDET Engineer with expertise in Healthcare Provider Data Management. The role focuses on provider directory accuracy, credentialing, prior authorization, eligibility, and 835 payment linkage across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Duals/MMP, TRICARE, and Marketplace.
The candidate must have Facets experience, specifically provider, contract, and network module testing and configuration validation, along with X12 EDI, SQL, TOSCA, and ADO experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design provider data, directory-accuracy, and credentialing-workflow scenarios.
- Build and maintain automation.
- Test 278 and 270/271 transactions.
- Validate 835 payment linkage.
- Lead feature-level triage.
- Own offshore provider test design across LOBs.
- Drive automation coverage.
- Mentor analysts.
- Conduct RCA on directory, network, and authorization discrepancies.
