Job Overview

We are looking for an SDET Engineer Encounter Data Processing with robust experience in healthcare domain testing, encounter data processing, X12 EDI transactions, and test automation.

The role involves encounter data processing for X12 837 submissions to Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, TRICARE, and Marketplace, including acknowledgements, reconciliation, CMS and state companion guides.

The candidate should have hands-on familiarity with Facets claims data, X12 EDI transactions, EDI validation tooling, SQL, and TOSCA or Robot Framework automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently design encounter lifecycle scenarios across 837/277CA/999/TA1.
- Build and maintain TOSCA/Robot Framework automation for encounter regression.
- Lead reconciliation between source claims and submitted encounters.
- Own encounter test design and submission-edit validation across LOBs.
- Drive automation coverage and mentor analysts on EDI validation.
- Conduct RCA on rejections and state/CMS edit failures.
