About The Job:

- Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

- As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Agile frameworks and practices within our team, with the goal of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our development process and/or our services.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working as a Scrum Master on software development projects and/or support projects.

- You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and able to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.

Essential Job Functions:

- Facilitate the implementation of Scrum frameworks and practices within the organization

- Lead daily Scrum meetings and coordinate sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions

- Act as a coach and mentor to team members, helping them to understand and adopt Scrum values and principles

- Assist the development team in identifying and removing blockers and impediments to progress

- Work with the product owner/product manager to ensure that the product backlog is properly maintained and prioritized

- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the development process and increase efficiency, ensuring team members are motivated

- Production release planning

- Generate Agile metrics and other project reporting and share with project stakeholders

Qualifications

- Total Experience 5+ Years





- Relevant Experience 3+ Years

- Mandatory skills Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, Experience working with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA etc

- Desired skills Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree honors 2.1 or above in a Math, Science or Engineering subject.

- 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master on software development projects

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

- Familiarity with complete software development lifecycle

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience of facilitating workshops and discussions.

- Must have a lead by example attitude and hands-on approach.

- Ability to self-manage, supporting multiple concurrent projects and work in a dynamic setting

- Able to balance conflicting strategies, priorities and personalities and demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

- Experience working with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA etc





- Considerable experience in a IDAM environment is a good to have
